The Tulare County League of Mexican-American Women (TCLMAW) warmly invites you to join us for Cafecito Con Las Comadres — a welcoming morning created to bring women together through conversation, connection, and community.
This special gathering is a space where women of all backgrounds can come together over cafecito to build friendships, share experiences, uplift one another, and grow together in a supportive environment. Dia De Los Muertos
Come create, connect, and celebrate culture with us!
In honor of Día de los Muertos, the Tulare County League of Mexican-American Women invites you to join us for a special series of hands-on cultural art classes celebrating creativity, tradition, and remembrance.
Throughout October, local artists will guide participants in creating meaningful pieces inspired by Día de los Muertos traditions, including altar creation, papel picado, and paper mâché.
✨ October 12 – Altar Creation with La Catrina de Visalia — First class FREE!
✨ October 19 – Papel Picado with Letty Valencia
✨ October 26 – Paper Mâché with Lily Del Valle
All supplies are provided, and everyone is welcome—whether Día de los Muertos has been part of your family traditions for generations or you're joining us to learn and experience something new.
